Terms of Use — ProposalFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProposalFlow (“the Service”), operated by Radek Horák, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
ProposalFlow analyzes information about a prospective client (such as a website URL) and generates a draft business proposal for use by marketing, SEO, web, and creative agencies. Output is a starting draft, intended to be reviewed and edited by the user before being sent to their own clients.
3. Subscription & Billing
ProposalFlow is offered as a recurring monthly subscription, billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
If you experience an issue with the Service, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request for a refund at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or resell or redistribute access without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software and underlying technology, is owned by Radek Horák. Proposal drafts generated for your account are yours to use, edit, and send to your own clients.
7. User Content
Information you submit (e.g. a prospect’s website URL) is used solely to generate your requested output and is not shared with third parties beyond what’s necessary to operate the Service (e.g. underlying AI providers).
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Generated proposals are drafts and should be reviewed before use. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
